Evelyn Tsoi
Research Assistant
Evelyn Tsoi is a freshman at UCLA studying Political Science. Her research interests are in understanding intra-group dynamics and political communication, especially in deliberative settings, and their implications on democracies. She is also curious about the applications of artificial intelligence to combat misinformation and political polarization, and to empower public service modernization. Evelyn serves as a Research Assistant at the Stanford Deliberative Democracy Lab, where she works to empower participants to have informed, structured discussions with people across the political aisle. In her free time, Evelyn can be found biking on her vintage cruiser, enjoying country tunes with friends, or reading a memoir.
