Sophia Pink

Research Coordinator

Sophia Pink is a Master’s student at Stanford University studying computational social science. She received her B.S. in Product Design Engineering from Stanford with Honors in Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law. Sophia uses the tools of social psychology, human-centered design, and data science to understand human behavior and to design systems and experiences. Sophia has researched interventions for reducing politically biased reasoning, designed a program to boost voter participation among 3,000 undergraduates, and driven 6,000 miles across 24 US states to interview 21-year-olds. In her free time, you can find Sophia running loops around campus or listening to stand-up comedy and laughing too loudly.
